The DAC High Level Meeting (HLM) is a formal, ministerial-level meeting of DAC members and partners to advance the global agenda on key development issues.
Generally held every 2-3 years, such meetings are an opportunity for the DAC to consider how best to guide its work in response global challenges. At the close of each High Level Meeting, members adopt a Communiqué outlining the decisions taken over the course of the proceedings.
The High Level Meeting 2023 was held on 14 and 15 November 2023. Greece was represented by the Secretary General for International Economic Affairs, Ms Maira Myrogianni. Members of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC) have issued following Communiqué.
