Prozorro is an electronic public procurement platform in Ukraine, facilitating access to government tenders. The platform can be accessed via several providers, some of which open English language interfaces, but most of Prozorro is in Ukrainian.

Procurements of feasibility studies if financed from the state budget are published on ProZorro in compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”. However, in case the funding is provided by IFI, their rules on procurements apply and, therefore, respective tenders may be performed outside the ProZorro platform.

Foreign companies have equal tender participation rights with Ukrainian companies. Non-residents can hire a consultant in Ukraine to help with the submission of tender documents, or submit them themselves.
