On 7 September 2021, the Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Nikos Dendias, met, in Tunis, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Othman Jerandi and the Minister of Health Mr Ali Mrabet of Tunisia, in order to deliver a 100.000 vaccines donation, as a message of solidarity to Tunisian people, standing by Greece’s commitment to share resources to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Greek Minister was accompanied by the Secretary-General for “International Economic Affairs and Openness”, Mr Ioannis Smyrlis and the Director-General for “Development and Humanitarian Aid” (“Hellenic Aid”), Mr. Alexandros Diakopoulos.
