The reconstruction of Ukraine will be one of the most significant post-war development projects at the European level. According to a joint estimate by the World Bank, the European Commission, the United Nations and the Ukrainian government, the cost of reconstruction is projected to reach 411 billion USD.
In this context, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with the European Investment Bank, will hold a Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine, in Athens, on February 15, 2024. The conference will spotlight key sectors, including construction, transport/logistics, energy, IT, start-ups, and health.
High-level officials of the European Commission and the Ukrainian Government, experts from important multilateral development banks (European Investment Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) and representatives of relevant Greek and Ukrainian business organisations and companies will contribute to the discussions.
