On March 17, four generators and their accessories, a donation by DESFA Company, were delivered to Ukraine.
The mission was coordinated by the General Secretariat of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection and was carried out through the Civil Protection Mechanism of the European Union in collaboration with the Energy Community Secretariat.
The generators were first transported to a designated material collection site of the European Civil Protection Mechanism in Romania. From there, they were transported to their final destination in Ukraine by the Energy Community Secretariat.
The total value of the generators along with their accessories is €47,900.00. The European Commission financed the transport costs to the material collection site.
