The National Conformity Mark is currently the only mark that indicates that construction products comply with the safety requirements applicable to construction products.
But, at the same time, until the termination or abolition of martial law in Ukraine and within the next 90 calendar days, it is allowed to put into the market construction products imported into the customs territory of Ukraine from EU member states on the basis of a declaration of performance (issued by a foreign business entity in the original language (together with a copy of such declaration in the state (ukrainian) language), which confirms the compliance of construction products with the requirements of Construction Products Regulation/CPR.
As a result, in accordance with the above procedure, construction products can be placed on the Ukrainian market with CE marking.
