Membership of the DAC obliges members to undergo a peer review every five to six years, and to serve as reviewers of other DAC members.
Through a combination of accountability and learning, DAC peer reviews seek to promote individual and collective behaviour change of DAC members in order to achieve improvement in their development co-operation policies, systems, financing and practices.
At this framework, Greece and Iceland will serve as reviewers to the peer review of Hungary that will take place in 2022.
