Armenia is the first country, which signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the implementation of the Fetal Medicine Program 2022-2022, in collaboration with the Fetal Medicine Foundation London. The Memorandum of Understanding was completed on 29 November 2022 with the signature of the Armenian Minister of Health Ms. Anahit Avenesyan. The program is also planned to be implemented in other eight developing countries.
