The European Commission is organizing a webinar on the new Practical Guide (PRAG) on the European companies’ participation in tenders and call for proposals in EU external action. The webinar will take place on 30th June at 10h.00 CEST Finland, Italy and Spain are the main organizing countries of the webinar. The presentation of PRAG 2021 is timely in view of the introduction of the New External Action Instrument NDICI-GE 2021-2027.
